With detailed knowledge of marine insurance law and practice acquired after years of experience and offer specialist resources to provide Marine Claims Advisory to the leading insurance markets of Southeast Asia and Average Adjusting services to the shipowning communities, especially in Indonesia.
We assist the Assured and the Insurer to settle claims under their Marine Hull Policies. Our end product is a Claim Adjustment providing a recommendation on liability in accordance with the Policy condition and quantifying that liability in monetary terms
We specialise in identifying General Average situation as well as to provide guidance in the accurate steps to take at the time of the casualty. We also attend to the collecting contributions from cargo and/or other interest after issuing our adjustment. Our end product is an Average Adjustment.
Marine Hull Insurance is included references to policy coverage for claims for liability vessel and/or cargo for damage done in collision and to the position where an amount is recovered from another vessel in respect of damage done in a collision. We therefore offer a wide range of services to settle the claims arise from the collision.

Chris is a Fellow of the UK Association of Average Adjusters. He started his working life in London in 1975 and has 43 years’ experience. Apart from 6 years in Sydney, he has been practicing as an Average Adjuster in Singapore since 1977. He qualified by examination in 1987. He currently divides his time primarily between singapore and perth office.
William has been practicing average adjusting for in excess of 30 years. He also worked with an Director before joining Marine presently its Director and Shareholder. In addition to his adjusting role in Singapore, he also assists in the operation of Marine Claims where we have eight (8) Adjusters.
He is also involved in giving talks to the Singapore based Ship-owners, Ship-managers, Insurance Brokers, Underwriters and the General Insurance Association on topics such as General Average, Salvage, Particular Average, Total loss and Constructive Total Loss, and Marine Claims in general, etc. He has also presented talks to the Thai Ship-owners Association, Association of Insurance Brokers, Surabaya, and Jakarta Ship-owners.
He attended a Marine Insurance course in London in 1993. In May 2012, he joined us as Managing Director.

He has good experience in handling all types of amrine hull claims with 29 years of experience and is an Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practicioner (ICAP). He Joined us in May 2012 and holds position of Senior Adjusting Manager.
He has also acquired good experiences in handling all types of marine cargo claims and salvage cases within 20 years in his previous employments ashore. He is an Indonesian Certifed Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP) and a holder certificate of ANZIF (Assoc).
He has been gaining extensive knowledge and increasing his adjusting experience in handling various machinery claims, such as Particular Average, General Average, Salvage, Constructive or Actual Total Loss and Collision Loss and Liability. He Joined PT MCO Prima Indonesia in November 2015 as an Average Adjuster. He is an Indonesian Certified Adjusting Practitioner (ICAP).
He has gained extensive knowledge and experience in handling various types of marine hull and machinery claims, such as Particular Average, General Average, Salvage, Constructive or Actual Total Loss and Collision Loss and Liability. He joined PT. MCO Prima Indonesia in November 2015 as an Average Adjuster.
He helped raise standards and increase public understanding of insurance. He has a lot of expertise in handling various Insurance claims aspect, especially in Marine Cargo and Marine Hull Insurance since 2012.
He worked as an auditor and tax consultant previously and have had gained wide experiences prior to joining PT. MCO Prima Indonesia, m 2014, holding important responsibilities m handling our general affairs & finances, whilst also assisting in the daily operation of our businesses.
She has been gaining good knowledge about marine hull and machinery claims. She is developing her adjusting experience and qualification in handling all types of marine hull claims such as Collision, Particular Average,General Average, Constructive and Actual Total Loss.
