We assist the Assured and the Insurer to settle claims under their Marine Hull Policies. Our end product is a Claim Adjustment providing a recommendation on liability in accordance with the Policy condition and quantifying that liability in monetary terms
We specialise in identifying General Average situation as well as to provide guidance in the accurate steps to take at the time of the casualty. We also attend to the collecting contributions from cargo and/or other interest after issuing our adjustment. Our end product is an Average Adjustment.
Marine Hull Insurance is included references to policy coverage for claims for liability vessel and/or cargo for damage done in collision and to the position where an amount is recovered from another vessel in respect of damage done in a collision. We therefore offer a wide range of services to settle the claims arise from the collision.

Chris is a Fellow of the UK Association of Average Adjusters. He started his working life in London in 1975 and has 43 years’ experience. Apart from 6 years in Sydney, he has been practicing as an Average Adjuster in Singapore since 1977. He qualified by examination in 1987. He currently divides his time primarily between singapore and perth office.
William has been practicing average adjusting for in excess of 30 years. He also worked with an Director before joining Marine presently its Director and Shareholder. In addition to his adjusting role in Singapore, he also assists in the operation of Marine Claims where we have eight (8) Adjusters.
He is also involved in giving talks to the Singapore based Ship-owners, Ship-managers, Insurance Brokers, Underwriters and the General Insurance Association on topics such as General Average, Salvage, Particular Average, Total loss and Constructive Total Loss, and Marine Claims in general, etc. He has also presented talks to the Thai Ship-owners Association, Association of Insurance Brokers, Surabaya, and Jakarta Ship-owners.
